Camp and Coast started with weekends by the water.
Long before the brand existed, we spent our time setting up glamping tents near the bay — creating relaxed outdoor spaces for slow coastal weekends with friends and family.
But something always felt missing.
Most outdoor products looked overly practical, synthetic, or designed without any warmth or personality. Everything felt plain, and disconnected from the beauty of this place.
We wanted our setups to feel:
- More lived-in.
- More colourful.
- More like home.
- More story telling.
Inspired by Salty Hair, Sandy Feet, and Sun-Drenched Days
The idea behind Camp and Coast came from wanting to capture the feeling of Australian summer here in the bay.
The feeling of:
- Walking back from the surf with sandy feet

- Beach towels scattered across the sand

What began with styling glamping tents slowly evolved into designing woven beach rugs inspired by the coast we call home.
We searched for outdoor rugs that felt:
